It's the part of you that is easy to settle your awareness on. And the part of you that feels things. Do you feel the table under your hands more than the floor under your feet or vice versa? Do you often feel emotions and energy in your wombspace? It is easy for you to feel your tailbone on your chair or where in space it is at the moment? Your base may change day to day. Choose the one that feels most perceptible at this moment.
