I like to check in and review/revise my vision for my work in the world every so often. But really, it's not work. It's me being who I am. And when you are you, you bring your "work" into the world too! Sometimes I like to record myself speaking about it. I find when I do it that way words come out that I might not if I were writing instead. So yesterday I sat down to record my vision and now I'm sharing it with you! I'm sharing because this vision feels closer than it ever has before. We are really shifting and changing now, even if you don't feel it, even if you're resisting it. Change is going to serve us. It is serving us. Below is the uncut, uncensored version of my vision. It flowed out of me easily and includes my sexy morning voice, me gulping down bone broth, and some swear words. Prefer a cleaner, written out version? Click here. If my vision resonates with you, reach out! Let's chat! I can help guide you in that direction. Free 30 min. Connection Calls are available to those who feel pulled to 1-on-1 Coaching with me. It's such a fun journey! And can help you shift and adjust through these changes. Now share your vision with me! What's your vision for women in our world moving forward? How about the LGBTQ2 community? The BIPOC community? The homeless community? The environment? We all have our own unique set of gifts to share! Who will benefit from you being you?

I love my clients!
They're the women that you are drawn to. The women who have the kindest, most compassionate hearts. The women that you know are making an impact in this world, some of them just by being themselves. They're the women who light the room up when they enter it. They're the ones you call when you've had a really shitty day and don't know who else you can talk to. And the ones who remember that important date or event you have coming up and send you a text about it. They are intelligent, kind, and capable. They are thinkers, feelers, and healers. They are talented beyond measure. And they love with all their hearts. But, they give themselves no credit for these things. Instead they play it small. They choose not to stand out. They fear sharing their talents and creative abilities with the world. If they draw up the courage to do it anyway, it comes with a lot of self-doubt, and maybe nights spent awake thinking about all the things they could have done differently. They're sometimes taken advantage of because of their kindness and their willingness to share their heart with the world. They struggle with boundaries and saying "no". They struggle with knowing their worth, that they deserve amazing things, and that the world wants to give that to them. They might think themselves undeserving or that everyone else should have what they want first. They struggle to express their needs and put themselves first. In relationships, they're the healer, the caretaker, the strong one, but when they need someone to turn to there's no one there. These beautiful women are often happy on the surface but in quiet moments feel and know that there is something more. And when/if they reach a point of unhappiness or wanting more for themselves and their lives, they judge their feelings, thinking they should just be grateful and happy for what they have. Radiant soul, this is your permission slip: You are allowed to be the biggest, fullest, most authentic expression of who you are, and love who you are 100%! You are allowed to show up, light up, and express yourself! When you let go of playing small you benefit your family, your community, and the world. Yes, you are that powerful! Also, you have permission to be powerful! Your creative talents and abilities are a part of all our healing! You have permission to share them openly and freely and know within your heart and soul that they are magnificent, regardless of what anyone else says. You were born with permission to say "no" when you want to say "no" and permission to say "yes" when you want to say "yes". Remember that. It is your right. You have permission to tell your friends, family, strangers, how you will and will not be treated. You have permission to use your voice! For your good, for the good of others, for the good of the planet. You have permission to express your needs, know that they are important, and know that you are worthy of them. Always. You have permission to be happy, unhappy, sad, mad, angry, confused, lost, listless, ashamed, joyful, giddy, excited, all of it! Feeling unhappy about a part of your life does not mean you are ungrateful. It means you are ready for change. You have permission to enjoy being the loving, kind, sensitive, feeling, passionate, sensual, fun-loving, empowered, strong, expressive, intelligent, sexy, playful and creative woman that you are and to want a life that feels good. This is your birthright. You have permission to enjoy being the loving, kind, sensitive, feeling, passionate, sensual, fun-loving, empowered, strong, expressive, intelligent, sexy, and playful woman that you are and to want a life that feels good. That is your birthright. Want some help with this? I know how to hold space for you on your journey of stepping into the fullness of who you are and living a life you love. I know because I have been one of these women. With empowered love, Natalie Holay, Woman! It is time to rise up! I've had this feeling for years. And the more I observe what is happening with my family and friends, my community, my city, country, and the world, the more I know this to be true. And with the rhythms of Mother Nature, the pull of the Moon Cycles, and the unveiling of Spring, I feel it even more. As women, womxn, femmes, insert whatever words feels good to you here, we are needed. We are part of the balance. Part of the healing. Part of the Love that we are all searching for. Here are three ways to begin. To rise up and share who you are with the world. 1. Express you. Close your eyes. Imagine expressing yourself freely, authentically, without concern for what other people think. What are you doing? Are you moving or still? Are you putting energy out or receiving? Are you creating or taking in creation? Where are you? Are you talking, singing, humming, or silent? Are you alone or with someone? What feels good? What do you feel in your body? What feels like you? 2. Connect to Mama Nature. She is you. You are her. That connection is there all the time. If you don't feel it right now, what would help you feel it? Where would you go to feel it? What surrounds you when you feel connected to nature? How do you feel when you have that connection? How do you feel when you breathe in her air? Drink her water? Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin? Walk on her earth? How does she want to connect with you? 3. Step into who you are. Get your journal out or invite a friend over for tea and chat this one over. What does being a woman, femme, womxn, mean to you? It's open. There are no rules. Soft or strong. Vulnerable or defensive. Big or small. Wise or not. Busy or not. Loving or not. Maybe all of these. Without the pressure of what you been taught, what the media presents, and what your peers say, who are you? Maybe even without the label of woman/femme/womxn, who are you? I can't wait to meet you.
See you. Listen to you. Share with you. Hold space for you to be who you are. Hold space for your authentic expansion. I’m really excited to invite you to a very special activity that I’m organising in Odell Park for International Women’s Day this year. I’d love you to join me and Sing for the Trees at Odell Park on Friday March 8th from 5:30-6:30. I’m organising a beautiful, nourishing, community event with the support of global grassroots women-led reforestation movement, TreeSisters. We’re honouring our connection to Nature, each other and the trees by gathering the women and singing to, for and with the trees. *Text in italics are my (Natalie's) words
**All other text has been written by TreeSisters, has been provided as a suggested invitation to this event, and are words that I wholeheartedly agree with <3 You don’t need to be able to sing. All you need is an open heart, your love for Nature and a willingness to do something a bit different and very nourishing with a group of wonderful, local women. Everyone is welcome, and I am really happy to support you to find a way to take part in what we are doing that feels enjoyable and fun for you. We have gorgeous songs to sing and a location that is special to me because I grew up next door to Odell Park. It has been a place of support, beauty, connection, and strength for me for years.* And I’ve chosen to do this with TreeSisters because I adore trees, want to be a part of protecting the environment, and recognize the deep and significant connection between women and nature.* We humans depend on trees for so many things ... Our oxygen, cleaning pollution from the air, drawing up water from deep in the Earth to nourish rivers and streams, seeding our rainfall, providing habitat for millions of creatures, protecting soil microbes from overheating, preventing erosion, minimising flood damage, creating beauty, and so much more. Our trees are critical to a healthy, thriving world and are one of the best buffers against climatic changes. When women raise their voices, magic happens. When women rise, we can create incredible change in the world and inspire others to do the same. We influence our children, our extended families and our communities - the action we take really matters. When we come together to nourish each other and the Earth, we are weaving deeper connection to Nature and our own natures. If you’d like to see how inspiring this can be, have a look at treesister Liz Terry on IWD 2018 and the powerful magic she wove with women in Stroud, UK here: https://youtu.be/McfhWdqtiGg. I’d really love you to join me to show our appreciation and love for the trees on this very special day. There is no cost to join in, however if you would like to donate to TreeSisters and seed the planting of trees in the tropics, that would be wonderful. You can find out more about TreeSisters planting projects and/or donate here: https://www.treesisters.org/home/trees In sisterhood for the trees,** Natalie PS. All ages and genders are welcome!* FB Event |
